Paris, January 20, 2022 – Prima Solutions, a cloud-based software provider for insurance and reinsurance professionals, and Monk, an artificial intelligence solution for visual inspections and automotive assessments, are partnering to help insurers speed up the processing of auto claims and offer the best possible user experience for their policyholders.
Monk is a French insurtech company that designs machine learning algorithms for assessing vehicle damage and repair costs in real time. Monk can detect, classify, analyze repairability, and assess damage to direct an auto claim.
“We are honored to be working with Prima Solutions, a global insurtech group and leader in insurance in France. Artificial intelligence-powered claims management is a technological reality for the insurance market right now, and we are truly proud of this joint offering, which combines the Prima P&C platform by Prima Solutions with our augmented visual appraisal solution, built in partnership with automotive experts and proven in the automotive market. This collaboration is perfectly aligned with our open, modular partnership approach,” explains Abou Laraki, co-founder and CEO of Monk.
Prima P&C is the cloud platform P&C insurance that makes it possible to manage the entire lifecycle of P&C policies, from distribution to policy administration, claims management, and financial management. The integration between the Monk solution and the P&C platform was first unveiled at the Prima Solutions Users Club last November, where it received a very positive response from customers.
“After the APIzation of our solutions and our blockchain integration, we’re making artificial intelligence available to our insurance customers. This partnership allows us to offer a one-of-a-kind insurer/policyholder solution that helps to improve the user experience for policyholders while addressing the sector’s challenges,” says Hugues Delannoy, President of Prima Solutions. “With Monk, we are helping to speed up our customers’ digital transformation yet again by offering the most advanced business platforms backed by the most innovative technologies.”
The Monk integration is already available in the latest version of Prima P&C, released last December.
